I agree and understand that my conduct on and off the field is a direct reflection/association of/with the USSSA All American Games. I will conduct myself displaying behaviors indictive of a mature responsible adult.
I understand one of the responsibilities of a coach is to be a positive role model for the children/players I coach. How I act, what I do and say will ultimately be perceived either positively or negatively. I will always strive to be a positive role model for USSSA Fastpitch.
I have read and agree/agreed with the terms and conditions associated with becoming a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the All American Games. I understand my role is a volunteer assistant coach, therefore I am responsible for the following: warming up the team before a game, coaching 1B during the game play, encouraging and cheering on ALL athletes on the team, help head coach with any administrative needs they may need (ex: bringing the line up card fully filled out (first name, last name, position, number) to the score keepers.
I agree and understand that players are to receive equal playing time during the All American Games and will adhere to Administrative requests of keeping a log of said playing time on my assigned Teams 'Playing Time Report' which will be given to me during the coaches meeting.
Coaches Code of Conduct: You have been selected to participate as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the USSSA All American Games. You, as a Coach have an important role in the development of the players in the All American Games. We strive to teach each child the positive values of good sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork, values that they can use throughout their lives. In order to ensure that each coach is acting in the best interest of the players and for the betterment of the All American Program as a whole, the USSSA All American Program has developed a Coaches Code of Conduct.
